Disabilities Ministries

The Columbia Union Conference is committed to nurturing a church community where all individuals are welcomed and valued as essential members of the body of Christ. Through its Disabilities Ministries department, the Union supports local churches and conferences in creating inclusive environments for people with physical, cognitive, sensory and emotional challenges. By providing resources, training and advocacy, this ministry helps ensure that every individual—regardless of ability—can fully engage in worship, fellowship and service. Together, we seek to reflect the character of Christ by removing barriers and honoring the dignity and spiritual gifts of all God’s children.
